Do you require a deposit to hold my reservation?

Standard Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and all rooms are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable Rates: Select promotional rates may require full pre-payment at time of booking which will be non-refundable. Rates will be noted as such during the booking process, and the reservation total will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation.

More than 10 room nights: A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and the reservation is subject to a seven-day cancellation policy. Reservations that fail to show or cancel within seven days of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.

Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?

Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, please call us at 866.464.1000 to request an early check-in or late check-out.

Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?

Yep! We would be happy to store your luggage for you at the front desk.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The LARK is located about 30 minutes from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in the heart of Downtown Bozeman

What are the options for parking?

Exclusive self-parking or valet parking options are available for guests at The LARK. Vehicles will be parked at the Bridger Parking Garage, located 3 minutes (0.3 miles) from The LARK, or in one of our five on-site spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For guests who want to self-park in the Bridger Parking Garage, parking permits are available at The LARK for $15 per vehicle, per night. Guests who choose to self-park in the garage without a LARK permit will be subject to the parking fees at the garage.

For guests who want to valet their vehicles through The LARK, they can for $30 per vehicle, per night. Vehicles will be parked at the Bridger Parking Garage, or in one of the five on-site parking spots, if available.

Does the hotel have Accessible rooms?

Yes, we have multiple Accessible rooms: one LARK King, one Grand Avenue King, and three West Kings.

Do you offer extra beds or cribs?

The LARK has Pack-n-Plays available. Please contact us in advance at 866.464.1000 to inquire about availability during your stay.

Are pets allowed?

Dog-friendly rooms are available upon request, though they are limited and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required.

Guests traveling with pets must call 866.464.1000 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room to avoid the risk of not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties.

What is your pet fee?

There is a pet fee of $35 per night (maximum $70 per stay) and The LARK Pet Policy Agreement must be signed upon check in. Maximum of two dogs per room.

Do you have a restaurant or bar?

We do not have a bar or full-service restaurant on-site, however Los Jarochos Food Truck and Treeline Coffee Roasters’ downtown locations are right outside our doors. The LARK also provides fresh Treeline coffee in the main lobby each day for our guests. The vibrant restaurants and breweries of Downtown Bozeman are just steps away out our front door!

Do you have a fitness center?

The LARK does not have a fitness center on-site. However, we do offer our guests complimentary access to The Ridge Athletic Club.

Is Wi-Fi available, and what is the cost?

Wi-Fi is available and is complimentary.
